When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and drier, and fully stocked kitchen . Located across from the Naval Air Station, where you can watch practicing Blue Angels from the deck and enjoy a beautiful, blue, calm water from the bay. The house is renovated and stocked with brand new appliances and furniture.
