The cottage sleeps two adults (there are two bedrooms, and each with a double bed if you want to share). We also take dogs! We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
