Lake 38 is right on Malletts Bay in Colchester. Spectacular views of lake and Green Mountains. Newly decorated and furnished one bedroom house. Dock and beach for guest/s to use. Outside upper deck with grill and covered outside dining set. Open to the outside. Large window and doors. Great place relax and enjoy Lake Champlain and The Green Mountain. King bed and a pull out queen sleeper sofas. Close to downtown Burlington, bike path, restaurants, park, swimming, etc.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.

It sits back from the road with a private parking area and large outdoor space for your enjoyment. Featuring incredible views of Lake Champlain from dawn to dusk, the Cottage makes a great base to explore Burlington and it's surrounding areas. It is a non-smoking / no pets property.
