The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

It has a full kitchen and a private balcony. It's within walking distance to Gulf World, Pier Park, and many restaurants. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. This room has its own washer/dryer. It also has a Cafe and a heated pool on the property!
