Best suited for a romantic weekend getaway, solo or business travel, work-from-home option, or two couples. Not suitable for toddlers or children. This is a complete 2nd floor mother-in-law suite with a private entrance, kitchenette and off street parking for multiple cars with it's own heating and AC. The home was completed in 2015 and features recycled cork floors, a 15x15 master bedroom with a large living space. It is located 1.5 miles from downtown and in a quiet area within walking distance to many parks. There is no additional cleaning fee. Please respect our own pets and apartment by not bringing undeclared animals.

A heated pool with an automated cover for safety, with a hot tub and fire-pit for the cooler nights. The back patio has a covered section with comfortable seating as well as tables and chairs dispersed around the pool, so you can enjoy dinner "Al Fresco"!
