Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

This beautiful old home has been updated to keep with the old charm, with some unique architecture and antique heirloom furniture. One queen bedroom on the main floor makes it acessible for elderly guests. The 2nd bed is a comfortable double hide-a-bed in the livingroom. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils & spices to prepare a meal and your own dishwasher & washer/dryer. Fenced back yard for pets to run around in. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!

Rosthern’s newest guesthouse is fully renovated to meet all your needs for rest, whether you are coming for work, to visit at the care homes or hospital, or to participate in Rosthern’s vibrant community life. Requests for less than a 3 night stay allowed. Family-friendly accommodations.
