Birch Hill Cottage - 30 minutes from St Arnaud

Birch Hill Cottage is the original Head Shearer’s Cottage from c1900. It has been fully renovated & is a wonderful spot to come to unwind and completely relax. We have planted 100's of trees and are working on establishing a garden paradise over the 13 years we have owned the property. We are continuously upgrading the cottages & land. Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

An easy 15 minute drive from Murchison at the convergence of the Tutaki you will find Mangles Valley Paradise. Surrounded by stunning native bush clad hills the property is situated in an elevated position enjoying spectacular 360 degree views with the Tutaki River flowing gently below. A short drive over the Braeburn Track will take you to beautiful Lake Rotoroa in the heart of the Neson Lakes. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .
