It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. Ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να βρει στην περιοχή ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μίνι μάρκετ κ.α. Σε 150 περίπου μέτρα νοτιότερα βρίσκεται η οργανωμένη παραλία "Όρμος Λω". Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home.
