Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood.
