There are parking spaces in front of the building where parking is done on a "first come first served" basis. There is almost always a free parking space. The apartment has a security entrance door and everything is new in it. It is well equipped, has cable TV and internet, a coffee machine, and much more. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself.

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.
