The house is located near the lake, where guests may enjoy swimming as well as use the floating footbridge for sunbathing or evening time. House has a shower, toilet, sink. Grill is available. No wi-fi, mobile network connection is poor (1/5) The house is rented in as-is condition with no special preparation after family stays. House should be left clean with no trash. Bed linens are provided.

3-jų miegamųjų 95kv.m bendro ploto kotedžas Vilniaus senamiestyje. Pirmame aukšte yra svetainė su virtuve ir WC. Virtuvės grindys šildomos, čia taip pat yra orkaitė, didelis šaldytuvas, indaplovė ir kaitlentė. Sekančiame aukšte yra pirmas miegamasis su vonios kambariu (dušas) ir pereinamasis miegamasis su balkonu. Viršutiniame aukšte yra paskutinis miegamasis su dvigule lova ir išskleidžiama sofa-lova, čia taip pat yra ir vonios kambarys (su vonia) bei nedidelis kamabrys su skalbimo mašina.

It is a cozy countryside cottage by a pond in the middle of nowhere for people who would like to escape the city life and connect to nature. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (sauna included in the price). There is also an AC, so the house can be heated in winter time. It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.
