Charming Robin’s Nest, Vintage trailer extended Topanga style to little house, lovely fenced yard with bbq, shade and lounge seating. incredible views of Santa Monica mountains, on 4 acres, walking distance to Topanga State Park. Boogies boards, beach towels for short drive to Topanga Beach. Unwind, take in the views, secluded, perfect to explore Topanga's secret swimming holes, spring fed creek, hiking/biking trails. Books, board games, puzzles etc. when our hens are laying some fresh eggs.

I have 2 Labradors so dog lovers are WELCOME! We do allow limited use of our laundry - just ask. The full kitchen, desk, fiber internet, computer, 2 streaming TVs, a gas fireplace, but THIS IS NOT a MJ Vacation/party house! Noise limits start at 10 pm/no very young children. READ further below. Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
