The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Kalliberry Cycladic hidden gem, outdoor bathtub

Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. We are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in the beautiful Cycladic island. On 2026 we decided to make a new small wooden house for 2 people, with a different 'atmosphere' than all the other Cycladic houses. We wanted to give our guests a different experience, so we created a small place full of charm, a bond between bodies & nature, with a touch of art deco decoration.

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Villa Riza

A traditional Cycladic whitewashed home overlooking the Aegean sea, located in a secluded green valley. RIZA is a 60m2 private villa with a 180m2 terrace including its own 6m x 3m saltwater infinity pool. The house was built around an ancient olive tree and gives this property its name, Riza = Root in Greek. 10 minute drive to the closest charming town, Batsi. A 15 minute easy-medium hike to a secluded beach. ***PLEASE NOTE there may be cats on the premises in case of allergies***

The nest sits at the highest points of Kalivari Andros, providing a beautiful view of the Cavo d'oro passage and the sea below, along with the ships that sail right through it. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

Looking For the Sun Andros Vacation House II

The house with private infinity edge pool is built on the top of a cliff situated right above the port offering stunning views of Gavrio and of the sun sinking in the Aegean Sea. The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. It can host 2-7 people, i.e. one to three couples, families of up to seven members or a company of 2-7 friends.

This is a Cycladic farmhouse of 1900’s, with a beautiful panoramic view to the surrounding hills and across farming land towards the sea. It consists of a large living room, kitchen, dining room with fireplace and wide panoramic window view, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. An extensive garden with tree beds embraces the house, also providing a microclimate to the place.
