We just completed our new pickleball court and renovations on the pond and built a brand new dock. The pond is stocked with black bass, crappie and hybrid stripers. You can catch all you want... A superior alternative to a hotel. Large front porch. Includes microwave, fridge and coffee service. Local Tax is already in room price, Airbnb will add state tax to your rate.

Mineola - private house- a few minutes to downtown

A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.
