My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. My Traditional Stone-built Mansion in Karyes was originally built in 1902 by my grandfather.Τhe whole building was renovated from scrath by my family, but with us keeping all the old stone walls that my grandfather put together. The original marble stone carved from the craftsmen in 1902, still decorates the front porch and within its 4,000 square meters garden, it will be a delightful experience for you and your friends to sit back, relax & enjoy your recriational days in the mountains.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή του χωριού με θέα στο γεφύρι του Αλφειού και το οροπέδιο της Μεγαλόπολης. Διαθέτει 2 τζάκια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και ψηλοτάβανες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Στην είσοδο διαθέτει αυλή με σκιά από μεγάλη καρυδιά και κληματαριά.
