Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

River House Hideaway

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads. Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps 10. Hill Country Charming River Home, sleeps 8 comfortably! This home is nestled on the Nueces River in the Texas Hill Country. The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun! Enjoy all the same comforts from home, or unplug and relax. Cabin includes Wifi, Netflix, YouTube TV, an Alexa for music, games, fireplace, BBQ pit, and outdoor fire pit. If you're tired of city lights, sit out on the porch and stargaze!
