This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Skärgårds stuga på Utö Tommys stuga

Stugan är en mysig stuga mitt på Utö. Med balkong mot nordost med havsglimt. Pentry, kyl m frysfack, mikrovågsugn, Tv, Braskamin, WC och dusch. Soffan fällser ni ut på natten så blir det en 140 säng. Lakan ingår ej. Husdjur är tillåtet, men säg till innan. Ett begränsat antal cyklar finns att hyra. Närmaste stället för att bada är 50 m nedanför huset. Där finns en grässtrand. Till Gruvbyn är det ca 2,7 km. Där finns alla faciliteter så som ICA Utö, de kan hjälper till att köra hem maten.

Welcome to Utö, one of the biggest island of Stockholms archipalego, a perfect place for bathing, cycling, canoeing, hiking or running ...etc, and a paradise for children. Enjoy a unique experience in a typically swedish wooden summer house, with its spacious terrasse and nearby, shower and toilet. You will be able to go exploring the wild nature with elks, dears, birds... to be seen. You will find bakery, shops, bars and restaurants not far away. You can rent cycles and canots,etc...

Glamping ett stenkast från Stockholm

Njut av naturen när du bor på detta unika ställe. Du bor i vårt glamping/kupol tält med plats för två. Inga tillfälliga obokade besök tillåts på fastigheten utöver de två. Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Dricksvatten finns i en dunk. Diskar gör du i havet. Varmt välkomna

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Gäststugan är en mysig stuga på ca 30m2 belägen på Utö med närhet till fantastisk natur, restaurang och badstrand. Stugan är belägen vid Edesnäs 1km från Spränga brygga och 4km från Gruvbryggan där bageri, mataffär, restauranger, cykeluthyrning och butiker finns. Gäststugan is a cosy cottage 30m2 located on the island Utö., nearby beautiful nature, nice restaurants and beaches. The cottage is located at Edesnäs, approximately 1km from Spränga Brygga and 4km från Gruvbryggan.

Weekend-hus på Utö

Litet fint hus för en helg på härliga Utö i Stockholms södra skärgård. Huset ligger nära havet. Här kan man ta löprundor eller promenader i vida skogar och över obebyggda fält, paddla kajak, cykla och besöka mysiga restauranger i det lokala samhället (« Gruvbyn »). Huset är ett gästhus på en tomt där ytterligare ett hus finns, där värdfamiljen kan uppehålla sig.
