Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Straße somit gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Ein Wohnraum mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC stehen zur Verfügung. The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

Our studio is a tiny place of 12 m2 where you can sleep,eat, cook. It has a little bathroom with a shower. It is situated in our garden, under the pear tree and lot of flowers. In front of the cabin there is a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the summer. Your car can be parked in front of our garage. Wi- fi is free. There are also some IR panels and electric radiators so you will no be cold in winter. But remember....-it is tiny!
