Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. A short walking distance to restaurants, shops, OCAF art center, and 7 minute drive to DT Athens, home of UGA, or 20 min. to historic Madison. Enjoy coffee (we have 2 kinds of coffee makers) or afternoon libations on the porch. Best of all - sleep well in a very comfortable bed.
