We offer a modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Ötztal. Umhausen is an ideal starting point for many activities. You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Children are warmly welcome with us.

Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Das Apartment mit ca. 33 m² im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer, einen Wohnraum mit Esstisch und voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler, sowie ein Schlafsofa für eine 3. Person oder für 2 Kinder. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und eine kleine, gemütliche Terrasse.
