Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. The cabin is on 20 acres of private meadows and forest with a network of trails adjacent to 500 acres of protected public BLM land. Pet friendly!

Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. This cozy modern cabin is in the heart of Mazama just 6 miles from the Mazama store and minutes from hiking and ski trails. The cabin is NOT a secluded cabin in the woods as you can see other houses around you and it is close to Lost River Road. But the road ends just north of the cabin and it is the "end of line" for Mazama and the Methow Valley, so the area remains fairly quiet. **PLEASE SEE NOTES BELOW regarding Smoke & Fire Season during the Summer. and location of second bedroom.

There is public hunting Areas nearby. The area is popular for fishing(Conconully state park is about 10 Miles away, as well as many other lakes) the swimming is AMAZING! Plenty of sunshine. Cabin is on 20 acres, owners live on adjacent 44 acres. Lots of privacy for guests and the hosts. No cleaning fee or chore list.
