With a luxurious king bed and a sofa pullout couch, the guesthouse is best for a couple or close friends. We invite you to lodge with us and use our new guesthouse as your basecamp!

Lost River Tiny House

The Tiny House may be tiny, but she be fierce! It is packed full, inside and out, with all the things you need for a lovely unplugged stay in the North Cascades. Wake up to birds singing, take your coffee outside on the large wraparound deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. After a day exploring, come back to enjoy a drink and some sort of treat you may have picked up from the Mazama Store. Please be aware that there is no WiFi! And you may not have cell coverage. Did we mention no WiFi?

Scenic Mountain Cabin, Modern - Incredible Views

Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Bunkhouse on the River

Cozy and comfortable Studio w/ private entrance & 500' river front in Carlton, WA. Queen bed, WIFI, Dish Network TV, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Keurig, Full size Refrigerator/Freezer. Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Enjoy the yard, hammock, pick fresh fruit (in season), follow the path to the river and fish (in season)

The Farm House at Chelan Valley Farms (STR00794)

At Chelan Valley Farms our guesthouse offers sweeping views of our vineyard, orchard, Roses Lake, the Cascade Mountains & wineries-all best seen while relaxing on the large covered porch. One bedroom & a pull-out couch, sleeps up to 4 people. Located on a working farm, you may see a tractor & our 3 friendly dogs may want to give you a kiss upon your arrival. Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

Camp Howard, built in 2018, was designed to blend modern luxury into the expansive nature of Nason Ridge. The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. The Caboose in Conconully

This property is located on Salmon Creek in the historic town of Conconully Washington! There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing or swimming. There is also a grocery store, and 2 restaurants/bars. Plenty of fishing available on both lakes. If you need a fishing pole, just let us know. There are amazing mountains to explore and many nearby towns to visit. Our little town is full of deer for your viewing pleasure. We have a wonderful state park as well.

Artemisia: A Zero-Energy Home- Walk to Town

This light-filled home is the perfect escape. Artemisia is within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, and shopping of Winthrop but feels miles away. After an active day of skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or just relaxing, you can kick back and take in the expansive views of Mount Gardner. Have dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants or stay in and take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen with induction range. It's a peaceful, laid-back gathering place.
