The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

The Old Cow Shed

Set on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Wadhurst (voted Best Place to Live 2023 by The Sunday Times) is the cozy, self contained and lovingly converted Old Cow Shed. Time to Unwind with amazing walks from your doorstep across the Sussex countryside, Bewl water, or nearby National Trust sites; followed by great meal at one of the excellent village pubs (only 10mins walk); finishing off with a glass of wine curled up in front of the Log Fire. Only 1mile to train station.

The Hopper Hut self-contained accommodation

The Hopper Hut originally served as temporary accommodation for hop pickers. It used to house up to four families from London on their working holidays. Today, following extensive restoration, the unique square building welcomes visitors once again. Nestled on a working farm in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers sweeping views of Bewl Water reservoir and surrounding farms. The Hive in Langton Green is an open plan contemporary structure set in peaceful countryside but easily accessible from London and all the London Airports. Beautiful South coast is one hour away. Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.

A charming 16th century Grade II-listed cottage nestled in the pretty village of Rotherfield in the Sussex High Weald and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Extending almost 1,900 sq ft internally and with exposed Tudor timbers, the house is opposite a picturesque church, close to two lovely historic pubs, and a train station with direct trains to and from London.
