Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

It does have some visible mortar cracks but it's safe and cosy. New Bathroom w/wall heater and washing machine. Enjoy your time in Oatlands in a self contained guest suite with a private entrance. Well insulated, clean and cosy space. Small cottage with a double bed and BIR. Park near the entrance door. No stairs. Spacious bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity and a toilet. Small lounge and a kitchen with cooking appliances, tv, fridge and a washing machine. Quiet neighborhood, away from the main road. Short walk to Oatlands IGA, cafes, shops, medical centre, mill, aquatic centre and the lake.

Tawny is a custom built Tiny House, whose name is inspired by the elusive Tawny Frogmouth who live in the area. With luxury bedding and facilities, an outdoor bath and stunning location overlooking Spring Bay, Tawny offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind from the everyday. A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. You can relax in the boat shed by day and in the evening, gaze at the stars by the warmth of the fire pit.

We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.

Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available
