This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve, representing 20% ​​of its surface. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also built a small deck from which guests can fish or take rowing boat short trips.

The apartment is situated in the center of the city and at a 20-30 minutes walk to the beach (5 minutes by car). The living room has a balcony with a side view to the Danube. The doors to the balcony can open wide and you can enjoy a beautiful huge terrace. The apartment has 3 rooms - one separated with a door and 2 that form a large open-space.
