Also two chairs and table just outside to enjoy the garden. We live in a & safe up scale established neighborhood. Watch humming birds bath in our fountain, enjoy large garden and covered patio, enjoy use of our pool stores and dining close by.

The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park and the central California coast is 2 hours away. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.
