Das Haus ist umgeben von 36 Hektaren Land mit spektakulärer Aussicht bis zum Meer, an klaren Tagen bis nach Korsika. Carpineta ist nicht weit entfernt von den schönsten Dörfern und Sehenswürdigkeiten der südlichen Toskana. Das Natursteinhaus wurde kürzlich komplett neu ausgebaut, eingerichtet und mit der neusten Wohntechnik ausgestattet.

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. Air conditioner is available. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15-20 minutes along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

La villa è stata costruita nella metà del 1800 dal mio bisnonno. Poi nel corso degli anni è stata restaurata, migliorata, mantenendo sempre il classico stile toscano. Ci troviamo tra la Val d'Orcia, il Monte Amiata e il mare. Ci troviamo a 870m s.l.m. La villa dista circa 15 minuti di macchina da Arcidosso.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.
