Patio esterno con tavolo da pranzo e giardino recintato. Ideale per gruppi e famiglie. Ci troviamo in una bellissima area residenziale molto verde, composta da ville in sequenza ognuna con il proprio parco.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

A due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rastignano dalla quale si raggiunge facilmente il centro città e la fiera (fermate Bo centrale e Bo San Vitale) ma anche Firenze con treni regionali.
