Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of Annestown house, this is one of four apartments in a very unique location,. It has no ocean views but offers complete privacy in its own walled patio garden, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach. In a tranquil and secluded setting close to the buzz of Waterford, you can be spoilt by the best of both worlds – whether it’s surfing, hiking, sight-seeing, cycling the nearby Greenway, the Anne Valley Walk, or just enjoying the views.

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views including an outdoor seaview hot tub. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Free street parking. Please note: due to the elevation there is a steep walk up the lane and a further 33 steps. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. In a very central location, surrounded by award-winning restaurants and bars and only a 2 minute walk from the town square. Guest parking space on site. The famous Waterford Greenway with bike hire is only a short walk away. Tourist attractions such as Dungarvan castle, art galleries and the museum are also extremely close by. Clonea beach is only 5 Km away.

Fardy's Cottage offers a light and spacious base from which to explore Ireland's southeast. Situated less than 100m from an estuary the location is a bounty for nature enthusiasts. The cottage sleeps six including master bedroom with en-suite. Also included are WIFI, TV/DVD player and wood burning stove. The Hook Peninsula boasts some of the best beaches in the country, all within a 5-10 minute drive. Visits to The Hook lighthouse and Tintern Abbey are not to be missed!
