Located 3 minutes from Tioga Downs, 4 minutes to a boat launch/fishing site, 15 minutes from the historic town of Owego, and less than an hour to Seneca Lake and the start of the Finger Lakes Wine Trails Whether a relaxing weekend getaway or a trip to watch harness racing, our riverfront house is fully equipped and stocked with the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Lodge

Escape to our wooded retreat surrounded by nature and designed for relaxation. Nestled in the hillside, our three-bedroom home blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Unwind in the cozy living area furnished for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, enjoyed indoors or on the expansive covered porch. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, horseshoe pit, corn hole, and a tranquil pond, perfect for fishing and unwinding amidst nature's beauty.

The Creek House

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This is an older home that has two bedroom with one Queen and one Double. There is a pullout queen couch for additional guest if needed. On site laundry. Fire pit and wood provided. Near by there are state game lands for hunting and direct access to a seasonal stocked trout stream for fishing or swimming. Swim at your own risk. Beautiful beach area. 2 adult kayaks available. We DON’T supply llife jackets. Have fun, unwind and make memories!

Owls Nest Treehouse- Hot Tub- 2mi to RG state park

Immerse yourself in the beautiful landscapes of this woodland experience. Perfect base for your outdoor adventure to Ricketts Glen State Park, only 2.5 miles.

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. No pets allowed.

Cabin at Balsam Pond

The Railroad Scale House: 40 private acres & creek

Our cabin is conveniently located 1 mile outside of small town Dushore. It offers a private getaway on 40 acres of wooded land encompassing a creek, walking trails on the old railroad tracks and much more. The cabin offers a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Spend family time in the living space and loft. Sit on the porch and enjoy listening to the creek while grilling. WIFI included Worlds End State Park & Ricketts Glenn State Park are both located within 20 minute drive

Our Cabins are nestled in the heart of the Endless Mountains Region of northeastern Pennsylvania on the banks of the Susquehanna River. Cozy little cabin with beautiful view in the hills of Bradford County. Good cell service. 3 miles from Rome, 2 miles from Antler ridge winery, and 1 mile from Pine Cradle Lake Campground. Outdoor fire place for cooking or enjoyment. A small pond with fish in it that you can use. A great place to get away and watch the sun set but not to far from local attractions.
