2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by Oct 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

. Located right on the lake front on the beautiful central coast, this peaceful house with amazing views is the perfect getaway. With water views from all areas including the main bedroom you'll feel right at home. With patrolled beaches only 10 minutes drive away, kayaks available for the lake, push bikes to go exploring with and amazing walk/cycleway right your back gate it's the perfect place for a break. Hargraves Beach Oasis with Pool

This large, modern family home has an inground swimming pool with large undercover outdoor entertaining area and BBQ. The house is less than a minute’s walk to the beautiful Hargraves Beach. Rarely busy, at times it will feel like your own private beach! And if you love beach fishing, Salmon, snapper, whiting, flathead and bream are waiting to be caught.
