Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Annexet på Stallbackens Gård

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

Gården ligger 600 meter från byns centrum med Ica-butik, konditori, bensinmack, elbil-laddare, hälsocentral med mera. Vid skolan finns en välutrustad lekplats som får användas sommartid. Kök, toalett, dusch, soffa och en säng på nedre våningen. Övriga sovrum på övervåningen. Egen uteplats.

Lake Front Farm House

Our farm is located in a quiet hamlet on Sweden's fifth biggest lake, home of the famous great lake monster! The house is 10 minutes by car/bus to the university town of Östersund, venue for the Biathlon World Cup, and just over an hour by car/train to Åre, venue for the FIS Alpine Word Ski Championships. In addition to the main house, the farm has its own lake frontage and 100 acres of forest which is perfect for walking, cross country skiing, picking berries and spotting moose.

Located within a 30 minutes drive from Östersunds citylife and pristine wilderness of Oviken Mountains you find Bjärme lined up by forests and open fields. The cabin has a modern Scandinavian feel to it and you can literally enjoy the northern lights during the winters right on your doorstep. Next to the cabin, you'll find a private jacuzzi. For extra peace and relaxation, you can also book the wood-fired sauna — the perfect retreat for unwinding and enjoying tranquility.

Det nybyggda lilla gästhuset ligger på Birka Strand i Ås, ca 1 mil utanför Östersund. Utsikten är utöver det vanliga med vy över storsjön och Oviksfjällen. Smart och effektivt planerad yta. I huset finns vedspis och ved. Sovloft 180 cm säng, stort badrum med golvvärme och dusch. Fullutrustat kök inkl diskmaskin, ugn o micro. Bäddsoffa 140 cm. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Här finner du en charmig stuga i lugn och naturnära miljö. Bastu och grillkåta på altanen med majestätisk utsikt. Ynka 50 meter ner till vattnet. Det finns också ett brett utbud av aktiviteter i området. Stugan har sjöutsikt, fiske, skog, fjällvandring och badmöjligheter runt husknuten. Stugan är mysigt inred med alla bekvämligheter ni kan tänkas behöva. Det finns en eldstad som gör stugan om möjligt ännu mysigare. Wifi finns.
