The Old Printers

Enjoy staying in The Old Printers flat, centrally located in Great Torrington. A short flat walk to the centre of the town with all its shops and cafes including The Plough Arts Centre. Set above New street at the front you can watch the world go by and also enjoy amazing views towards the coast. To the west the view is of the beautiful historic church and church yard. The Old Printers is newly refurbished to a high standard. It is stylishly decorated and has a modern bright relaxed atmosphere.

Little Hoops, converted barn close to coast

Little Hoops is just perfect for a break away whatever time of the year. Cool in the summer and cosy warm with underfloor heating in the cooler months. It has amazing old beams and thick character walls. Inside you’ll find everything you need for your stay. Although it is across from the drive of our house you will have total privacy with the bonus of us being on hand if needed. Pub nearby, shops 5 mins drive and the coast 10mins away. Our grandchildren say it’s a bit of heaven in Devon!

The Potting Shed, totally secluded, set in an 18th Century Victorian Walled Garden. We offer high class accommodation, a total retreat, with incredible views. Offering Kitchen / living room c/w wood burner, TV/DVD, patio doors to private patio BBQ area, bedroom, ensuite shower/toilet/basin under floor heating throughout. Ideal for romantic breaks, couple holidays, anyone with a passion for gardens, or wanting to totally unwind in secluded surroundings. Electric Car charging point available.

The beautiful rural village of Weare Giffard meanders along the banks of the river Torridge. The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. The compact accommodation is designed to make the most of the surrounding scenery. The Garden Room is but a stones throw from the Tarka Trail which provides over 70 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. The North Devon coast and it’s beaches are a short drive away.

A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!

Glebe Cottage ~ relax in the country

Discover the beauty of North Devon while staying at our characterful cottage, dating back to the 17th century. With countryside views, quiet village location and 3 acres of private field and woodland that you're welcome to use - perfect for morning walks or for children to go exploring. Tarka Pottery is our onsite pottery experience studio, discount for guests - throw a pot using a potters wheel, paint pottery or get creative with hand building in clay. Booking is required.

The Warren 3 rooms and courtyard to relax in peace

The Warren is a self contained and refurbished guest suite within Windsor House, a 250 year old property in the heart of historical Great Torrington. The spacious suite offers its own lounge, ensuite, cozy stove and courtyard with an area to store cycles. The town centre is 200 yards away offering a choice of cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. There is plenty to do with the Plough theatre, RHS Rosemoor, Tarka trail and Torrington commons all on your doorstep.

The Boathouse - Lee Bay, Devon

Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.

Westward Ho! and Instow beaches are also only 30 minutes away. 365 acres of commons is just around the corner. Well behaved dogs are also welcome but not to be left unattended in the property.

Blackbird barn is set in rolling Devon countryside within easy reach of Great Torrington, Bideford and Barnstaple. Situated within our grounds the barn is self contained and separate from the main house. The accommodation includes a comfortable and cosy sitting room with dining area, a well equipped kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and a double bedroom upstairs.
