The upper terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers, 2 armchairs and a bench, for relaxing breaks and open views.

La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere a piedi sia il fiume Chidro che il centro città, dove sono presenti locali gastronomici e supermarket . Sono incluse tutte le utenze, pulizie, acquedotto e parcheggio privato all’interno della struttura.
