The house is about 15 steps from beach. This property is situated by the seaside road of Toroni right across the beach. There is 1 parking spot available in the front part of the house,next comes the road and then the beach. This is a privately owned ground floor apartment (in a two-floor building) with a private entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with some cookware, a big table as well as a living room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom since it has a sliding door.

On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.
