It is situated on 10 minutes drive from Belogradchik, 10 minutes drive from "Venetsa" cave, 20 minutes drive from adventure kids' camp "Chudno myasto Stakevtsi" in the Village of Stakevtsi. In Belogradchik you can arrange a flight with a hot air balloon over the Belogradchik rocks.

Sa jedne terase se pruza pogled na Crveni trg a sa druge terase pogled se pruza na prelepu Pazarsku crkvu. Zgrada ima dva ulaza. Jedan ulaz vas vodi tacno na Crveni trg i pescku zonu, a drugi ulaz je ulaz sa parkinga. Apartman je opremljen novim namestajem i belom tehnikom i pravo je uzivanje boraviti u njemu.
