The place is located only few mins away from Bucerias, Nuevo Vallarta, Golf and other beautiful places, only 10 mins from Vidanta World park. Enjoy amenices as AC, big pool, pickleball court, gardens & 3 TVs with Prime and Roku included!, etc. Small grocery stores and Oxxo walking. Starbucks 3 mins and Walmart 6 mins away (driving), airport and bus terminal are 15 mins away from the apartment, restaurants, coffees, drugstore and other servicies are also close to this place for your convenience!

We chose Bucerias for our new home because of the quiet neighborhood of East Bucerias, abundance of great restaurants and of course, the proximity to the best of Banderas Bay's beaches and to the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 20 minute drive away. Our home is located in the residential area of the Las Brisas neighborhood, in the SE side of town. It is about 1 mile/5-7 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. Lots of transportation options. Just ask! Five night minimum for stays.

One bedroom apt in Pavilion condos (Zona Romantica), 2 blocks from Los Muertos beach, close to restaurants, bars, clubs and public transport. There are rooftop pools, jacuzzi and gym. Unit has wifi and smart tv (no cable yet), washer, dryer and full kitchen. There is a balcony facing an interior courtyard. On weekend nights there is some noise from a club behind the building, the unit is on third floor but you do get some noise, there is limited natural light as it faces an interior courtyard.
