Cozy Creekside Cottage

Enjoy Ithaca with the calming sounds of a rushing creek and a crackling fireplace at our Cozy Creekside Cottage. The cottage is close to everything you want to do in Ithaca while being situated in a beautiful, quiet, and convenient area. Everything to do in the area is 5-15 minutes away. The cottage offers a clean, comfortable space where you can relax and enjoy all the Finger Lakes has to offer. The cottage is also equipped with everything you need to comfortably cook or grill at home.

Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

Carriage house

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

Beautiful Cayuga Lake location, featuring docks, seasonal floating bouncer, 2 kayaks, a canoe, and a row boat, perfect for a leisurely paddle. Outdoor grill and beautiful new deck added to the side yard. Just 1 mile to town. Views of Ithaca and Cornell University. Newly renovated kitchen, bedrooms and bath. Close to walking, cycling trails (aka Ithaca's Black Diamond Trail) and Ithaca restaurants. Just a five minute drive to Taughannock Falls State Park.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

The Timber Garden Cottage

This stunning home is waiting for you! It has classic timber frame construction boasting large beautiful wood beams, lots of light, and a rustic feel. Both spacious and cozy at the same time! Located centrally to all things Ithaca, 7-10 mins drive to downtown, 15 mins to both Cornell and Ithaca College, and a few miles to Taughannock State Park, the beginning of the Cayuga Wine trail, and Trumansburg. This cottage puts you close to all things Ithaca!

West Shore, Cayuga Lake, Ithaca, NY

Beautiful vintage cottage at lake level in historical “Cottage Row”, 3 miles from downtown Ithaca.  Cottage has upper and lower porches, dock, fire-pit, BBQ grill, and kayaks. Pets considered. Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed. Cornell and IC Graduation weekends: $500 per night/4 night minimum

Hawthorne Cottage -South Hill- Entire Home!

Newly renovated in 2018, this 2-bedroom cottage was originally part of the 1947 Cornell University South Hill faculty housing neighborhood. Situated on a quiet side-street, you will be within walking distance of the downtown Ithaca Commons and down the street from the South Hill recreation way. Located blocks from Ithaca College and a short drive to East Hill and Cornell University, making it perfect for visiting the campuses.
