Walking distance to Marinas, restaurants, and brewery. 1 mile to the ski lifts at June Mountain. Pet friendly. Relax and enjoy the deck, lake and skiing.

In wintertime walk right to the ski lift and in summertime, hop across the street to the town bike path. This condo has a sunny location and easy access with covered parking and an elevator. Conveniently located in town close to shopping, restaurants and the shuttle to the mountain. This main floor unit sleeps 4 comfortably however a 5th person can squeeze in, offering a queen bed, 1 roll out twin & the couch converts to 2 twin beds. I have tried to make this unit different than the other rentals you may find with a nice contemporary remodel. It’s an older complex so I’ve priced it low, truly the best deal! Also, there is ONLY 1 parking space for this unit to help plan your trip.

Fireside at Mammoth-Next to ski gondola & Village

Beautifully remodeled one bedroom one bath condo with underground parking, indoor common area pool & spa, and is just steps away from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area's Village Gondola. The unit is accessed by way of a secure indoor hallway. This condo is about as close as you can get to restaurants, bars & events in Mammoth Lakes. Free public transportation is less than 1/2 a block from the front door. This is a private one bedroom, with one bath and a pullout sofa bed in the living room.
