Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. The Spring Hill House

Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

The Peasant's Quarters has an eat-in kitchen with a full-size stove/frig. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed. We also have a queen-size pull-out couch. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vermont. Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Ti Mill House

3 bedroom mill house located near downtown Ticonderoga with views of La Chute river. Lots of indoor and outdoor space; large loft space and a wrap-around porch that spans the entire length of the home. Walking distance to the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour. A five minute drive to Lake George and Lake Champlain boat launches as well as the Tiroga Beach. It's a unique and welcoming home that has a lot to offer no matter the season.
