Georgetown! Share bathroom/BEST neighborhood/cats

This is the best deal in an expensive neighborhood. We're a faculty peace community. You only pay a share, we don't take a profit. Because this is a great deal, we ask you to be relaxed about details. This shabby-chic rental also needs work, but it's clean and quiet. You make your own bed with sheets we provide. Two cats live here. You can close your door, but this won't work if you're allergic or don't want cats near you. There is NO laundry available. Black Lives Matter! LGBTQ+ friendly.

Suite in Georgetown East Village

The parking permit is available upon request. If two guests need second bed it must be requested for a onetime $40 fee. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown residents/our guests. This is the entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village. No bikes!!
