With a comfortable lounge and separate formal dining room, you can enjoy relaxed luxury for up to 6 people.

Situated on the edge of the New forest and close to sandy beaches, The Chandlery makes a perfect base for families visiting the New Forest.

Modern bedroom with double bed. PLEASE NOTE! room is priced for 1 guest, additional charge for 2nd guest. Bathroom has bath with shower over and is shared with other guests. Two other rooms are available, one double with en-suite and one single.

Self-contained rural double room with en-suite shower room & own entrance via patio courtyard. Situated in paddocks & woodland in the heart of the beautiful tranquil New Forest. Breakfast baskets provided. Country pub within walking distance & miles of woodland and wildlife to explore. Optional exclusive VIP hands-on experiences suitable for all ages (£45 - bookable in advance/subject to availability) Explore miniature horses, stables, aviaries, owls, sheep and reptile house.

The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.

A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester, this is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note the guest bed is a standard double size. Breakfast includes fresh fruit, local honey and eggs from the Hens if available as well as cereals, bread, teas, OJ and coffee.

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

Apple Tree Cottage

Private double room on ground floor adjacent to main house with separate entrance and key box & use of downstairs bathroom with shower. A toaster, microwave and large fridge are provided as well as a loaf of bread, fruit, cereals, milk and fruit juice as well as a selection of teas and coffees. Situated between Emsworth & Chichester and a short walking distance from part of the Chichester harbour.
