A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

One street back from the esplanade with an amazing garden. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with seperate toilet & bathroom. Many forms of heating & cooling-including a wood fireplace (wood provided at an additional cost). Fully enclosed yard with a reserve across the road keeping it private and peaceful. *Outdoor heated spa is an optional extra for $50/ night *fee added upon spa request

A wholesome space to holiday, make memories & enjoy all that beautiful Tumby Bay has to offer. Beach access. Walking distance to the jetty, local shops, pubs, IGA, playgrounds & skate park. Fun for the whole family. Our family is excited to share this lovely holiday shack experience with you but we do ask that it is please treated with respect and left tidy. All linen and towels supplied. Pets are welcome but we do ask that they are kept outside and that you clean up after your furry friend.
