Discover comfort and convenience in our Abi Oakley caravan, Offering extra security in a gated part of the park This cozy caravan features double glazing and central heating , two twin rooms and a double ensuit room PLEASE NOTE: tattershall passes are required to gain entry into the complex. These passes can be purchased through me as the owner. If required I can give you details of prices.

The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Lakeside Guesthouse

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

The Pastures - Tattershall Lakes

A beautiful homely 8 berth caravan on a new development at Tattershall Lakes. This holiday home provides a great base from which to explore the park and the surrounding areas and is ideal for fun family time or a couples romantic break. Open all year round. We welcome responsible dog owners, please bring with you all they need for a happy comfy stay including a towel for muddy paws and soggy fur. We kindly ask you not to leave your dog unattended in caravan. Max 2 small dogs, please state.

This 4 person home has 2 bedrooms with 2 levels of decking, plenty of outdoor space for eating and for relaxing in the Hot Tub. We are located right on the water's edge with beautiful views of the Water Ski Lake with only a 2 minute walk to all the amenities. Travel Cot (bedding not provided) and High Chair are available upon request - No Extra Charge.
