This stylish, spacious, one bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort. You can lie in bed and take in the panoramic views across beautiful kanamaluka/Tamar River to the hills beyond and the glittering lights of the city at night. Enjoy a local pinot on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. This large stand alone unit, located in Prospect Vale, shares a 1200sm property with a main house. The unit is tastefully decorated, fully self contained with all amenities, including a comfortable King sized bed with gel mattress, a large kitchen with gas stove, all cooking equipment & dishwasher. The ensuite consists of good sized shower, toilet, washing machine and wash trough. The unit boasts a reverse cycle heat pump that heats or cools the unit quickly and efficiently.
