Welcome to October Farm! Located on the Historic Albemarle Trail (the oldest heritage trail in the southeast) we are a one-hundred acre farm with views of forest and farmland. We are 15 minutes from: historic Tarboro (fine dining, local brewery, oyster bar, boutique shopping, grocery stores and Starbucks), Sylvan Heights Bird Park, Indian Lakes Sports Complex and 20 minutes from the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Attending a wedding, visiting family or travel ball, we are glad to be your host.

Magnolia Blossom Cottage Apt. A is located in the heart of the Tarboro Historic District and just a couple blocks from walk to Main Street, with restaurants, shops, the brewery, coffee shop and more! A magical garden behind the house overlooks the colonial Town Common and provides a peaceful space to relax. Charming, bright and boho, Magnolia Blossom Cottage offers a sweet front porch to relax on before exploring all Tarboro has to offer like a local! Furry friends are welcomed guests too!

The Stowe Away

The Stowe Away is just outside of Battleboro. It is connected with The Stowe Away 2 like apartments but they are completely separate houses. This house has four bedrooms, two and one half baths, laundry room and an open living dining and kitchen. It has a large fenced in pool area that you can relax in. The pool and the pool area is shared between the The Stowe Away and The Stowe Away 2...There is a gas grill in the pool area that both houses can use....Also there is a gas fire pit.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Park in your personal space beside the 3 steps to your private apartment (attached to the Host home). Located 1/2 mile from I-64 (and 7 hotels). Two miles from I-95. Harmony House on 10-Acre Farm with Pond

Relax with the whole family at this remodeled historic home built in 1897. The house has a large pond and is situated on 10 wooded acres we call Noble Fox Farm. Feel free to take a stroll around the property and enjoy the quiet serenity. Our pond has plenty of fish for catch-and-release, or you could bring a canoe or stand-up paddleboard. Downtown Louisburg is just two miles down the road.
