It is a beautiful big beam ceiling brick floor Casita with 8 windows looking at the beautiful Sonoran Desert in the foreground and one of the best views of the Santa Catalina Mtns in Tucson. Mt Lemmon and Sabino Canyon are beautiful as the sun rises and sets. Charming U of A Area Cottage

Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

My place is close to Mt Lemon, Sabino Canyon, biking, hiking and running trails. There are restaurants and shopping within minutes as well as the privacy of the country, you can see the stars at night, its the best of both worlds! The beauty of the desert in the country and and the convenience of all of Tucson amenities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
