The unique, art filled, hand built wooden house, opens to the fence enclosed decks with sunken koi ponds. Relax outside in the sun, or under the roof for shade, make a fire in the fire pit, on your private fenced in deck. With very easy access to downtown Asheville just 10 minutes away, as well as stores and local restaurants minutes from the house in rural Fairview where the house is located. It is also a short drive to the mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway.

This cozy dwelling is perfect for couples and small families. 20 min to downtown Asheville and great hiking in Montreat, 10 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 16 min from Black Mountain, and 30 minutes to the Asheville airport.
