The terrace faces south and in calm nice weather it is great to have a nice evening with barbeque grill or lying in the hot tub watching the stars or at winter time watching the amazing northern lights. Great hiking paths are in the area and lots of Icelandic horse realated activities are all around.We are located between Hveragerði and Selfoss (5km from Hveragerði and 10km from Selfoss). There you can find great swimming pools and all necessities.

The house, built in 1959, is perfect for a family or a few “quiet” friends in an old grown family neighbourhood called ‘smáíbúarhverfið’, meaning ‘the small cottage neighbourhood’. The house is above the highway meaning easy transportation everywhere. A small cozy house in a beautiful street close to downtown Reykjavik. Free parking in the street. There is one bedroom with a bed for two people and a sleeping sofa for two in the living room. The place was newly renovated with new and modern furniture. The house is in the back so you will have good privacy.
