Pet-friendly, Netflix, Internet. Nearby is a 2nd cottage, "Bungalow", which is rented out separately and simultaneously. Guests walk in front of Bungalhigh and share yard & cove. Swimming & Kayaks. This property is dog friendly. We might be best for guests travelling with pets.

The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. The Loft at Loon Sound is nestled among tall pines and offers a serene waterfront getaway, with a private patio and outdoor gas firepit. Enjoy your vacation in a newly renovated, expansive space, enveloped in the charming warmth of a completely pine interior, with water views out every window. The path that extends from the patio leads to a dock, which is a perfect spot to watch the stars at night or listen to the loons. The loft is located on second floor of our barn. Guests must do stairs.

Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.
