This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Enjoy the natural beauty of 4.5 acres surrounding this historic farmhouse guest suite. You will be staying in the farmhouse that was built in 1930 and renovated in 2022. You have a private entrance on the guest dedicated front porch complete with a swing. It has two bedrooms each with queen size beds. A giant bathroom with double sinks and shower is part of the accommodations. The guest suite is separate and locked off from the main farmhouse for guest privacy.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.
